They don't need a sign.
One thing that was brought up years ago during the
first restroom discussions, and confirmed by my
attorney, is that in Nevada, use of most private
property which is open to the public is "at will" of
the owners and managers. They can legally include and
exclude at will as long as they do not violate any
anti-discrimination laws and such.
This has been confirmed over and over by precedent.
Denying use of private property which is otherwise
open to the public, is not in and of itself, illegal.

More like the other way around.
On the Las Vegas chat boards, it's occasionally been
brought up that the clubs will go out of their way to
cater to attractive female regulars. Comp food, drink
on the house, and who knows what else.
It's also known that some clubs have paid (hired)
celebrities to show up, going rate is well into five
figures. Sounds like a lot, but very cost effective
when the word gets out that so-and-so was "sighted" at
your club!

Uh-huh, the bottom line is the bottom line! :) :)

Guido can't inspect the private parts! I'm sure that
if a TG fitting the profile of who they want would be
admitted without question.
The problem for the DLV people is that very few,
myself included, fit that profile.
