Welcome evening feedback requested - please take our on-line

Our volunteers are considering a number of potential options for our big
welcome evening, which will most likely happen on Monday, March 31 of
DLV week.

We're seeking your input to help give us some guidance as to what you
would prefer regarding several of these options.

We're asking all of you, those who have attended in the past, those who
plan to attend this coming year, and those who simply have an interest
in our program to take a brief survey regarding our welcome evening for
our DLV 2014 event.

The survey will remain on line through Friday, November 29.

Our annual Welcome Celebration has been well-attended and highly-rated
for several years, and it is our desire to have a welcome evening at
our 2014 event which sets the stage for the rest of the event.

We've now had two reports of a duplicate question on the survey.

The two questions in question are similar but indeed different in wording.

Please read the questions and answers carefully.

If you skipped one or both of the questions, please don't worry about it. We'll get plenty of meaningful data with one or both of those left blank on a few responses.
