This week we feature our Newcomer Open House sessions, scheduled for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday afternoon of DLV week.

We're inviting all who have never previously attended Diva Las Vegas to join us for at least one of these sessions, which are scheduled for 4:00pm on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. (Exact times may be subject to change.)

These sessions will be hosted by representatives of the senior DLV volunteers and the Big Sister team.

You can think of the Newcomer Open House as a reception, with you, the new attendee, as the featured guest.

The purpose of these sessions will be to introduce the DLV program to you, to introduce you to some of the others, both new attendees and returnees, and to personally address any questions or concerns that you, as a new attendee, may have. We'll have a drink and a chat and discuss some of the things to come.

The Newcomer Open House series this year is NOT a continuation of the "Beginner Open House" sessions of previous years. This is something totally new for DLV 2013.

You'll be able to check in, get your DLV name badge, and in most cases, settle up for any optional activities for which you may owe payment.

This will be held in a very classy but easy-going laid-back venue. Please dress as you feel comfortable, boymode or girlmode, anything from non-grungy casual to very dressy. No costumes, clubwear, or slutty/fetish outfits for the Newcomer Open House, please.

Cash bar will be available if you wish a liquid refreshment and an appetizer menu will also be available.

Significant others are, of course, invited. If you're a member of a Big/Little Sister/Brother pair, you are welcome to attend with or without your designated partner.

Returnees are invited as well, with one understanding. The time is to be spent circulating and getting to know the new attendees, as opposed to spending the time with those you already know.

No charge to attend. No sign-up, just show up. Further info will appear on our final schedule and directions (visual and textual) will be included with the Large Final Mailing.
