Bad News

Most of the regulars at DLV know Densie for those who can't remember she
is the one who tried 2 years in a row to organize Karoke, she also
organized the french restaurant in the Paris Hotel 2 years ago.

Denise also was one of the wild and crazy divas in Annies limo for years
and years.

Denise, Gina and I used to do the air tours back in the days.

Well Densie and I (Rastas) will not be able to attend DLV together this
year. I'm sad to say that Denise commited suicide on Friday the 23 of
November just after Thanksgiving.

I may still attend but I doubt it'll be the same without Denise.

My heartfelt condolences to you. Denise and you were there from the
very beginning of DLV. Denise and you were there when I first attended
and were among the first ones to get to know at DLV. As a couple, both
of you helped me immensely in feeling comfortable and gain confidence
being out and about in mainstream LV during DLV, and allowing me to be a
friend to both of you.

I still remember the early morning 'breakfast' at the Sahara after a DLV
event and meals at Jerry's (?) Nugget. Both of you to me were the only
ones that I witnessed that successfully got Annie to drink Galliano more
than once and started that tradition.

I will always remember her enthusiasm to have fun in LV during DLV. Her
planning karaoke that she loved to do and sing with a passion, along
with flying, firearms, her Nun outfit, driving that ambulance to and
from DLV events esp for NSD, and being in the same limo during the limo
tour. She also gave good insights on issues and planning events in the
org group.

We weren't able to follow through to do that Nun or Nuns and school
girls photo shoot at the Del Mar but it was a fun idea to consider.

I am horrifically shocked! I must have loved Denise as you. She was an
integral part of my life and it is hard to fathom. I actually need some
time to deal with this news. Please accept my condolences as I know
that you loved her too. I am short of words.
