Hi to all my sisters... This is my first post to this group, so I hope I don't mess it up!!

I am a Las Vegas local (Henderson to be exact). I am just coming out of
my shell and hoping to make some new friends.

If y'all will have me, I would love to get together with some of you for
the 31st and/or First Friday.

I am off work early enough that week to get together. Unfortunately, I
work late all this week and will have to miss Amy's mini-DLV.

I am very excited to have found this group and have already scheduled
vacation time for the entire week of the DLV for next April.

I am soooooo looking forward to the the opportunity to meet all of you
then.

With any luck, I'll have a chance to meet some of you before so I am not
a total stranger during DLV.

I suppose my email will show with this post, so feel free to contact me
there or within this board to see if we can meet for Halloween or First
Friday.

BTW for those who have not seen First Friday, it looks to be quite an
event. I have been out there, but given the hugeness of it all and being
alone I didn't stay. I hope my next adventure there is a bit more
involved!!

Hi Kumi, I had a single burger and shake and fries at Heart Attack,
and it was delicious - a stint burger, I think they call it. It was
thick, lean, and tender; med. rare. The choc. shake was made with pure
cream, triple malt, with a pat of real butter and a hershey kiss on top
for insult. All for $15.00 bucks; not my usual budget minded lunch but
worth the price if you're just visiting. Yeah, its a tourist trap, but
a good one.
