Heads up! Hotel rates for DLV 2012!

Travelocity is showing rates for Palace Station (not a suggested hotel this year but on our Big List) as low as $18 per night for most DLV days and rates at the Imperial Palace as low as $24 per night for most DLV days.

These rates appear to be real and bookable with no strings attached.

Book early, check rates often!

Hi all,

I just stayed at Palace Station last week, it wasn't too bad but.... there
is also a mandatory $16.76 daily resort fee to get the $18 rate. So the
total with tax is About $40 per night.

You are correct. I had forgotten that Station Casinos have that inane Resort Fee, which for the bottom-dollar rates can jack-up the real-world cost significantly.

However (comma) Imperial Palace does NOT have Resort Fees. (None of the Caesars/Harrah's properties do.) So, that $24 rate should be very close to what you actually pay.
