Hello Bob

I was in San Fran last week For our monthly pub crawl and one of the lounge owner told us that the Las Vegas Lounge was up for sale. He sent one of his employees to Las Vegas to check out how the business was run plus to get a realistic picture about how disgusting the place really is.

Bob I was wondering if you or any of the girls know if the lounge is part of the Commercial Center?
Is the Lounge for sale and if so how much? Will it come with the gaming license?

Here say is that the Commercial Center is up for a major adjustment and different sections of the Center have different owners.
This was one of the reasons the Spotlight decided not to go with a one years lease.
How is your long awaited retirement doing?
Oh did Susan tell you we ran into her at Halloween?

Susan and I drove by the Lounge last night and they were open. They are part of New Orleans Square, which as far as I know is owned separately from Commercial Center. There weren't any For Sale or Lease signs for the Lounge, but after Xmas I will either go in or call the leasing agent and find out.

The gaming license is not transferable. New owners must apply for their own.

Susan told me I missed you by minutes on Halloween. I wish I had stayed.
