Sounds like he needs to be more hands on in the business management
area. Losing $300,000 in 18 months and not realizing it is retarded.
Especially with FREE rent. There isn't a successful business out there
that fails to do a quarterly P/L variance. Any place like a restaurant
should do this weekly to address anything that could affect
profitability. Hope he learned a lesson.

We'll always have pleasant memorys from the 2010 WC though and the Paradise location is a good dining option for during the week yet.
