Yes Hon,

I too use Bare Minerals and Love it as much as you do. And yes here in
AZ you need some makeup that strays on in the heat.

I think it would be great if Hoem Gepot had a Pluck and Putty Section.

Drywall plaster might help me.

This thread is starting to remind me of the apocryphal "crater filler" spoken of when we were younger. :)

I've actually heard a MUA refer to pore control products as "spackle" more than once. :)

Now - anyone who has taken Stagecraft in college has certainly played around with nose putty. :)

Wha is the best Foundation to use as a base for Beard cover? Also, I
heard there are a lot of uses for Prepreation-H when the skin needs
tightening, has anyone ever tried it on the loose under eye and eyelid
skin? If you know of something great please let me know. Thanks

Dermablend is probably the most opaque one that's commonly available and is popular in our community. Any Macy's or Dillard's will have it.

Phenylephrine is the active ingredient in Preparation H and similar products.

It's a vasoconstrictor and mild anti-inflammatory and will probably work as well as anything applied topically, but IANAMUA. :) Phenylephrine is mainly used as a short-term topical decongestant and in those drops the OD uses to dilate the pupils.

Yes, ANNIE ... Dermablend is the best I have found! It's a little pricy,
but goes a long way.

Hello Gina, I also live in the San Diego area and need some make-up help. Did you ever find a good place that do not mind if cross dressers come in for a makeover? I have only been out once and that was after having my make-up professionally done in Las Vegas.

Regards,
Rita
