> I forget the name or exactly where. I think it was east of Sahara.
Well, uh, since Sahara (Avenue) runs east and west, it's kinda difficult for it to be east of Sahara (Avenue).
However, if it was east of The Sahara (hotel) it could be either of the Serge shops, the main one (now closed) or the outlet (currently open) in Commercial Center, but it was most likely Vegas Girl Wigs on Eastern Avenue. This was almost due east of the Stratosphere tower.
>Is this still around.
Yes and no. They closed the main shop on Eastern a few years back and now operate exclusively out of the Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet, which is at Decatur and Oakey. There are two very good wig vendors in that facility, Vegas Girl (please give Sue my regards) and Hair Fantasy (please give Carol my regards too) which are friendly competitors. If one doesn't have what you want, they will probably send you to the other.
Also, kind of a sleeper in the wig scene is Studio Lites. You don't think of them as a wig shop, but they do have quite a selection and their prices looked to be competitive. I wasn't aware they had so much of a wig line until just before the last DLV.
