Annie, I am glad you enjoyed coming to Chicago. It was fun for me to see
you and the other attendees.

I am sorry I can't continue as Events Coordinator. I have enjoyed doing it
but other commitments have made it difficult for me to continue. I should
have gotten the final schedule out sooner but I was overwhelmed by other
responsibilies. Thank you Ginger for taking this on. I am sure you will do
well at it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the extended Pinkfest weekend! Thanks
to all who participated. Special thanks to Ginger for
doing the busy work! :)

Only down-side was the weather, which we really could
not do anything about.

Big thanks to all who attended or helped to make Pinkfest the
fun time it was!

Thanks to Janna's Studio and Rachel's Wigs for the Open House
sessions. Thanks to the Island Girls, the Center On Halsted<tm>
and the Oak Park Public Library for their hospitality.

And, thanks to all who attended, without whom there would be
no Pinkfest at all. :)

I am sorry that I missed the other activities. It was nice to meet and
talk. I would have love to spent the whole weekend taking in pinkfest.
Hopefully, next year I will better organize my time.

In the meanwhile, if some of the gurls from the local area would like
to get together, Please let me know. If nothing else maybe we can get
together at the island gurls socials..

Wow, what a week!

I don't know what to say, but I'll try.

This was the most enjoyable DLV I can remember.

It was also the smoothest and most hassle-free DLV I can remember as well. I'm unaware of any significant issues or incidents and I want to personally thank all who attended for making it that way!

Big thanks go to JoAnn for leading the charge this year.

We owe a debt of gratitude to all of the volunteers who put together the various activities which came together and became DLV.

Special thanks to Cynthia and Marisa who really took the bull by the horns and worked out the details of our most successful opening night.

Most of all, thanks to all who attended and participated, without whom there would be no DLV!

Thanks to all for a very enjoyable time in Chicago this past week.

Special thanks to Elena, who has coordinated the scheduling for the past
four Pinkfests and is retiring from that role this year.

Thanks also to Ginger, who has agreed to coordinate the scheduling for
Pinkfest 2009.

And (shameless plug) hope to see all in Las Vegas for Diva Las Vegas
next May! :)

Even the weather didn't get in the way of fun & this was the best and
most appropriare looking group ever! We also had a very nice group of
new comers join us. DLV is the best vacation ever.
