Hi.

We appreciated the heads up Desiree, We are currently discussing how to handle
the purchase, However....

This is great but for one thing! - We don't know how many are going to the
show hence we have no money collected as yet! As that is an internet site we
would have to buy them previously and collect via cheques, Pay pals, credit
cards etc' Tough one eh? And we don't traditionally do that at DLV.for a
show as not many like the idea.

Unfortunately we won't know how many seats we will need till' Monday 4th April
at the Opener as that is when the final head count will be in. ( People sign
up early and then extras decide they would like to go with the new friends
they just met at DLV) We can try to accommodate this but the only way we can
do it is by purchasing the tickets at the box office and likely we won't be
able to do that till' the Tuesday morning when we know how many we need!
There are no "Day of the show General *Group* discount coupons" that I know
of, only the ones that can be picked up on the strip outlets which is quite a
bit a bit of leg work. Hopefully the box office staff will be generous though
when we approach them about a group purchase.

We will do our best to keep the price down when purchasing but it may not be
as good as the price you quoted. Sorry! Never fear though The show must go
on! *Grin*.

Thanks for joining Katie and I on the planning and hosting of the Frank Marino show. We can certainly use your help. When will you be arriving at DLV? I am planning on attending the Sunday night happy hour and dinner along with several activities Monday to push ticket sales. If you are available to help out then that would be wonderful. Katie isn't available then so I could use your help.

PS: anyone else reading this please let us know, either here or by email, if you are planning on joining us for the show. We would love to have an idea on how large of a group we will have. I know that the big mailing coming out soon will have the sign up that will give us better numbers, but let's not wait till then.

Being we are both staying at the IP, we must find some time to touch bases earlier in the week. When will you be getting in? I will be there mid afternoon on Sunday. I will have a rental car so if you need a lift someplace let me know.

Hi Beverly

Thank you for the information. I plan on arriving Saturday April 2nd
around 8=20 PM and staying until the 9th. Last year Betty's coffee shop
was a great place, to start the day and meet other ladies staying at the
Imperial Palace.
