Michelle,

Hope you are safe and OK.

I'm just reading about the latest 6.3 quake in New Zealand
and the damage and death in the city of Christchurch.

HI Michelle:

I am so glad that your safe. I was in Christchurch a few weeks ago and
stayed in a hotel around the corner from the plaza in which the church
was destroyed. You have a beautiful country and I am sure that it will
be restored to its full splendor.

I haven't seen video coverage yet, but I can imagine. A report on the Evil Librul NPR News told of severe damage in the Christchurch area, including a cathedral collapse. :(

I seemed to recall that Michelle (Shelley J?) lived north of there, so I was sure she was ok.

Hi

I'm fine. I live in the North Island 200+ miles from Christchurch.

This was NOT a nice earthquake. My home town is in ruins! :-(

Thanks for thinking of me

Hugs

Michelle,

Having lived in an earthquake prone area most of my life, and having
experienced a few shakers personally, I can attest that it is a scary
and frightening experience. My heart goes out to all your fellow
countrymen and country women who were injured, and to those families who
lost loved ones in the recent earthquake. My prayers to you and all new
Zealanders.

Hugs,

Rosada Delano
