WHAT FOLLOWS IS ONLY MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY

In my personal experience there is no such place as completely
accepting. Someone sometime somehow somewhere will have a problem with
you dressing fem.

Its what trans sexuals deal with every day of our lives. The only secret
that seems to help me personally because I speak only for me. Hold your
head up show grace poise and dignity at every turn. Act as though you
are on display because you are.

If you are part time dressing you always have the option of going back
to masculine if it gets too tough. I cannot.

If your uncomfortable simply go to your room wash off your makeup put on
your boy clothes and enjoy a nice vacation where ever you decide to go.
I personally love Las Vegas.

You will find the majority of people in Las Vegas (residents) have seen
it and could care less. This has been my personal experience living
here. Its the tourists who have no problem shouting "thats a dyke" (yeah
I got a hell of a giggle out of that) "thats a dude" ignore them unless
they come at you. Its why I carry a taser. I never had to use it here or
even show iit. In NV it is legal to carry or use a taser if your not a
felon or convicted of domestic violence.

Where ever you go. practice confidence. You may or may not be passable
but if you are confident most people wont even bother to question you.

The first post in this thread was a pretty accurate depiction: there isn't anywhere you can go where everyone will be 100% accepting regardless of your presentation. You're going to get a least some stares and comments wherever you go, but that's more or less the human condition. People are going to be rude and even genetic women have to be conscious of their environment and put up with a lot of crap. The important thing is to go somewhere you'll be safe and just relax and enjoy yourself.

Densely populated areas are your best bet. San Francisco is great, as is Seattle, New York, and many other similar environments. College towns are typically more progressive, too, so that's another indicator. Wherever you go, stay safe and enjoy your time out!

Hi N

San Fran.

Not the Castro dist. full of gays and gay bashers. WE go were there is a
mix of mainstream and soft gay and t bars. It's called the Polk Village
Area. Some fun spots are and also look them up on the net. mainstream T
Bar Gay & Liz Lush Lounge on Polk Divas on Post Gangplank on Larkin Mays
Restaurant on Polk Olive Salvadorian Restaurant on Larkin Kens kitchen
(Chinese) on Polk AND MANY MORE WITH IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Encore Karaoke
on Calif. between Polk & Larkin

Been going for the past 8 years and never ever had a bathroom problem.
Calif. law protects us.

Never had any issues about me being in fem. Best part is that we visit
all the above in one night walking in heels. And we even have are fav
panhander's that we buy dinner for along with are home made brownie's.

Have Fun R
