We had a rather ugly case of harassment at Treasure Island a number of years ago when one of our people used a mens room in girlmode. IIRC, there was no physical battery, but what happened most certainly satisfied the legal definition of assault.

In 1999, my attorney specifically advised against this practice.

He also said that if one of our group used a mens room at the insistence of venue staff, and an incident of assault (or worse) occurred, it would likely be actionable against the property with a good chance of a significant recovery.

Hi.

I stayed at New York N/Y last year and had no prob's with management,
the waitresses were polite and plentiful IE:- Fast service.

As I was staying there, I didn't use the public washrooms I went to my
room as it is easier and more comfortable for me that way. (Anyone who
is edgy about washrooms should do that)!

It's a nice hotel, Not all that Ritzy but all access points such as
parking and taxis are user friendly. I wanted to dine there but no one
from DLV was into that at the time but I would definitely stay there
again if their offer was a good one.

Katie.
