Well, I'm finally caught up and would just like to take a moment to
thank all of the organizers for putting together a terrific DLV. As
always, Las Vegas is a cash vacuum (but isn't that what we love about
the place?), but I fortunately was able to get 18-1 odds on the
Patriots to win the 2004 Super Bowl, which should just about cover the
cost of next year's DLV ;-)

Anyway, Las Vegas is absolutely the best place in the world to do this
type of vacation, since security is so tight in all of the casinos that
if anyone had tried to start something with any of us, they would have
been swarmed immediately.

It was fun seeing old friends and meeting new friends. Special tip of
the cap to Carrluccio's for a terrific dinner.
