There will most likely be an informal off-schedule Pre-DLV
gathering on Saturday evening. This has not been planned yet
but will most certainly happen in one form or another.

A notice of this, including time and location and such, will
be sent out in the Large Final Mailing to all registered
attendees.

To quote an item from last year. :) "The Pre-DLV gathering
is a reward for those who thoroughly read the Large Final
Mailing." :) :)

The Monday Happy Hour, Dinner, and Welcome Meet And Greet will
segue into each other quite transparently. You can show up as
early as 6:00pm, but no later than 8:30pm if you want to be
included in the "official" group photo.

This was written before it became evident that discounts
and two-fers are as abundant as they are. Nora will still
be attempting to gather a stash of the discounts but others
may have these as well, and they will most likely be
available all over the city.

Recent reports state that most of the discount ticket
brokers (O'Sheas, Coke Bottle, etc.) have deep discounts
on this show.

In any case, Nora will not be the "single-source" for some
significant discounts from the list price on this one.

As to where to meet. I would suggest meeting the group at
the showroom entrance 45 minutes or so before show time.

Tracy will be coordinating a carpool effort, as this is
some distance from the main Strip area. Details and the
carpool rendezvous location will be announced in the
Large Final Mailing.

Yes, yes, and yes. :)

From what I understand is intended, it's very much a play
it by ear situation.

I'm sorry if these questions have been asked before....I know you are
probobly busy and it takes alot of time and quite frustrating to answer
questions over and over again. I tried to read all the info. sent to
find the answers but didn't see them.

I thought I saw on one of the list it says there are pre-DLV events for

Mon. April 19th ...there is HH at 6pm and dinner at 7pm at Firefly.
Those who choose to do dinner at Firefly at 7pm.... will we be able to
have enough time for the Welcome M & G at 8pm and where is the Welcome M
& G?

Tues. April 20th- Frank Marino's Diva's show. It says to contact Nora
for discount tickets. How can we find Nora? Do we have to meet up before
the show at a specific location? Or go to one of the host hotels to find
her beforehand? We are not staying at one of the host suggested hotels
but have no problem meeting whereever....we will have a car.

Wed April 21st- M Resort meet up....will we be given a specific place at
M Resort to meet everyone? Is this basically everyone goes and then
desides what they want to do and break off in groups or is there
something specific planned at the M Resort ie, lounge, dinner, casino?
