Always sit and dont forget to leave the seat down.
Now, If I may be allowed: I'd like to suggest a fun activity
that we could all engage in, in an off momente, say a morning
when there's nothing else going on and that would not conflict
with otherwise scheduled DIVA activities. How about a Shopping
Spree! - hosted by me, of course.
It just so happens that I know of every thrift shop and retro
women's fashion store in Las Vegas within easy distance from
the strip, and even a few that aren't on the map yet.
We could start out from the Imperial Palace and motorcade
north to Sahara Blvd., Or Charleston Blvd., and turn either
right or left and hit many fine thrifts either way, and then
work our way south on Maryland Parkway down to Tropicana Blvd.,
and then back to the strip from there.
One fine benefit of living in Vegas is that the thrifts here
are loaded with high fashion cast off women's clothes - Escada,
Claiborne, Elle, you name it - really nice stuff that get's
left behind when people leave - a short trek through the
chopping malls will convience you of that.
As an added bonus, there are many fine bars and lounges along
the way (gay and straight) garaunteed to attract your attention.
It's just a suggestion of course, and I don't mean to (how'd I get
off on italics) interrupt or otherwise influence normally
anticipated events. But, if anyone might be interested, it
would be a very easy sideline group activity, as well as a
neat tour of the inner city; a good way to get to know the
town and get a feel for it. Response?
