This is the first of two reports. This contains the objective
portion of the survey, presented with very little editing and
very few comments.

The written comments will be reported shortly.

86 mostly-complete responses were received. This represents
about 57% of the attendees. A response rate of 57% for such
a voluntary survey is considered excellent. It most definitely
gives us statistically-valid samples for almost all of the
survey questions.

A number of additional comment-only responses were received
as well.

Four individual answers (noted) were discarded due to
inconsistent answers.
