I usually try to hit one or two thrift stores when I'm in town. There is a
Savers with a large selection and spotty quality on Charlston just west of
Maryland Parkway and then just a little farther east on the south side of the
street is the Charlston Outlet Mall. Not a Mall and not an Outlet store, but
a thrift store that always seems to provide something for me to take home. I
don't go there often, but have not been impressed by the Goodwill store on
Sahara. It may have changed in the last couple of years, so I would check
with some of the local girls to see if it's worth your attention.

I've had a wonderful time this year and am already missing you all as I head
back to Salt Lake. Take care and let's do this again!

Sarah

Sarah

Saw your comment on thrift stores and found out you're from SLC.

I, too, reign from SLC.

If you are of mind maybe we could make contact.

I can be reached at gpjeffe@yahoo.com

as a local girl, my favorite places to shop are the thrift stores.

I usually hit the Savers on Charleston and Maryland Pkwy and just a
couple of blocks east of that is Charleston Outlet. there is another
Savers on Pecos and Tropicana and another one just west of Decatur on
Spring Mountain. Goodwill is nice but it is mostly overstock from
Target. There is the one on Sahara a bit east of Rainbow and another
one next to the Savers on Trop and Pecos. There are several other
stores but those ones are the best.

I agree though that lately, I have not been able to find much things
that I like but there are still gems to be found if you look.

I've been thinking about it for a couple of years now but was unsure if
enough people would be interested if I organized an outing to the local
thrift stores next DLV.
