I'm not gonna write too much today because I'm still sick,
but I thought I would let those concerned know that I'm OK. I didn't
have SARS or anything, just a bad case of the flu and dehydration.
I thought I was going to die on the plane ride back, but I got to the
ER and they gave me an IV full of fluids, and I was back on my feet
in a couple of hours. This should serve as a reminder (even to those
of us who should know better) that you have to drink a whole lot of
water in the desert, especially if you're drinking booze.

This'll be my first DLV ! Consequently a bit hazy on how some things
work. I'd like to try to 'lock in' rides to the Boat Tour on Tuesday and
to Golf on Wednesday. I see that there's a car pool assembly at 9am for
the Boat Tour. Does one just show up and hope for the best , or is there
any way to make a firm arrangement ? I'll hopefully get to my Hotel
(Bally's) around noon on Monday. Any guidance re the above gratefully
accepted !

You should have the list of volunteer drivers. The best thing to do
is to make contact with them at the Welcome Celebration on Monday.
Any driver staying at the IP, Alexis Park, and St Trop will be
close to you.

I have attended DLV a few times now and looking back on the pics in the
archives I remember the girls well and the fun I had with them but their
names escape me sometimes. I am old ... Forgive me please?

How about posting the names (First names only) along with the pics. I
realize that the larger group photo's would be too hard to handle but
Single shots and smaller groups would benefit from this I think. I often
regret not writing down the names in conjunction with a nice memory or
two and when I read a comment on the org mailing and can't remember the
source.

Of couse I remember the Icons of DLV, They speak for themselves but the
others are just as important.
