I couldn't agree more.

Even the ragged start with people arriving and bailing made for great
stories, but once the group stabilized everything about the evening was
even more memorable. Great food, fantastic company, and wrapping up at
the Paris cabaret was so much fun I just had to back the next night!

Thank you for putting up with the hard-to-predict attendance. I have no
idea how you guessed exactly the right number of people to put on the
reservation - it certainly bore no resemblance to the numbers who signed
up!

Many thanks to Diane for organizing the dinner at the Stratosphere.

It was an absolutely splendid evening with good company, delicious food
and spectacular views (not to mention awesome photos).

And to think, I almost didnt make it that evening. In typical Dayna
fashion I was running about 15 minutes late and didn't know who the
reservation was under so at the elevator I said I was with DLV and they
said ask for the "Renaissance Room". So at the top they send me 2 floors
down to the meeting room which I can't find, but a nice security guard
helps me to locate it.

Once there, it was completely empty except for the caterers, lol. I had
arrived at the D and V society of electrical engineers banquet, OMG!
Then 20 minutes of waiting for elevators and scanning the bar area to
finally get back to the restaurant. The hostess finally asks me if I am
with Diane's party and I say sure why not I will sit with anyone at this
point. I am soooo glad I finally made it. I was quite flustered

Dayna - so glad that you did make it. It was wonderful to meet you and
have you as my dining neighbour. You are a very gracious lady, and I
thoroughly enjoyed your company. Your experience from previous DLVs was
really beneficial and I loved the evenings at Le Cabaret at Paris that
you led. I'm loking forward to catchin up with you and the others
again.
Hugs
