Loved this post. It is great to hear more about the planned activities.
I do have a couple of questions. What time does the reception
start???? Dinner??????? Blues Bar????????? Any idea where it will be
yet?????? Love to start putting the agenda together. As you well know
it is tought coordinating everyone so getting this infor early and being
able to make plans with friends is so helpful. Again, thanks for the
highlight on this first activity. Would love to hear more about all the
activities before April when we have to start signing up for them. I'm
getting pretty excited about coming, thanks again for all the hard
work!!!

Happy Hour starts at 6:00pm.

For Rock Star Karaoke, I have 10:00pm, but I'm not
sure if that is exact time.

Oh yes, we know exactly where the Welcome Celebration
will be held. :)

We're not going to announce it in public.

Why?

The general public does not have a need to know it,
only our registered attendees do. :)

Don't worry, it will be on the final detailed schedule
sent out in the Large Final Mailing and marked on the
map.

We'll do one activity highlight each week, but if you
want to know about anything in particular, just ask. :)

The schedule that comes at the end of the "announcement mailing
list" is always the latest information. Here is what is available
for welcome celebration activities on the announcement mailing
list as of this time:

6:00pm Happy Hour/Business Hour
7:00pm Dinner
8:30pm Welcome Celebration

Let me suggest you read the past and coming "activity highlights"
and last year's archives for additional guidance.
