Is that show really any good? Anyone actually seen it? My impression
form the ad's is that it's a cheesy strip show.

Yes, very good.

Yes, I and several others last year, just prior to DLV.

It is definitely not a strip show, although with the later performance
each evening (which we will be attending) some of the acts are topless.

It's not all showgirls and not all magic. I would call it a variety show
with an emphasis on, as the title implies, showgirls and magic. Some of
the acts are hilarious!

As for the cheese factor, Wayne Newton leaves SOM in the dust. :) :) :)

Oh no, no cheese that I can remember. Actually it very funny. There's
a midget that's a total hoot. Well worth the money. If there's time
I'd like to do it again.

No, it is an excellent show, hilarious and quite entertaining.

It's an excellent show and very entertaining. Denise and a few other of
us pre-pre-DLV 2002 sisters went there last year and it was a blast!

I agree 100% with Monique. It's a cute show in a relatively small
theater. You're close to the performers and they seem accessible. You
can actually see their faces. Pure old-fashioned entertainment: a
little dancing, a little magic (definitely old school), a little
singing, and a little comedy. Definitely not Mystere or Cirque. Just
relaxing fun.
