Is there any chance of adding a high tea party to the agenda? My SO and
I thoroughly enjoyed it last year. It appeared that the other girls that
attended also enjoyed.

It's on the proposed activity list. Location and timeslot to be announced.
The only reason it's not on the schedule is that it has not been scheduled
yet, but it is intended to happen.
