Cristines Fight for Life...

I haven't posted in awhile but two things.

Looks like the Rose City Tgirls from Portland are coming this year.
Hopefully we have a good showing as DLV is always our favorite event.

Next, some of you may remember Cristine Burnett from past years. She has
attended DLV 3 or 4 times. She is currently fighting for her life. She
has been in ICU for 8 days now and is on life support at the moment.

We have started a Go Fund Me account for her because regardless of the
outcome, there is going to be incredible expenses. I don't want to post
a bunch of drama as most of you may not even know her. If you find a
small place in your heart to help someone you don't know, every little
bit helps. 5 or 10 bucks here and there really adds up quickly.

Also, if you are Facebookers, posting there can help also. Cristine has
been a very loyal and avid trans person in the community for years.

Just FYI everyone,

For those of you that knew / remember Cristine, she did pass away after
14 days in ICU. She really did fight hard but she did not want to remain
on life support. We had a wonderful Celebration of Life party at my home
for her. The GoFundMe raised about 2400.00 which is being used for
funeral charges and re-location of her bf who cant stay where they were
living. RIP Cristine...
