Welcome to all who just joined one of the Pinkfest channels which receive these messages. We hope you can join us next month.

For those who are familiar with DLV, you will find Pinkfest to be far more informal. We don't have any formal registration process. You "register" for Pinkfest by simply replying to one of these messages stating that you will be there.

The important thing is to reply to the RSVP messages which will come out shortly before the event, indicating which of the activities which require some kind of a reservation or headcount that you want to do.

Here's the latest draft schedule. It's still quite tentative and subject to change.

Some notes from other threads.

I had proposed an 11am start time for the Walnut Room on Friday to allow for more time at the planetarium. I saw some agreement and no disagreement.

I would like to hear from others who would like to have dinner at the Theo Ubique instead of attending the wine tasting. I'm looking for those would not have gone to the wine tasking anyway.

Again, the running time of Blood Brothers will limit the time at Big chicks

I'm looking for others who want to hit ComedySportz Saturday night 10pm.

I'm recommending The Tempest for Sunday afternoon at 2pm (or 1pm if we attend the preamble).

Is anyone coordinating reservations for plays and boat tours?

Ok, let's move that to 11:00am. We'll adjust the Planetarium start time as well.

I added to the schedule notes on various items that the start time for Big Chicks is approximate and variable and those who do the play can come over to Big Chicks and join the rest of the gang after the play.
