Dinner @ Margaritaville on Thursday, Feb.19, 2015

I plan to visit Vegas later this month and on Thursday, Feb. 19, will have dinner @ Margaritaville, located at 3555 Las Vegas Blvd. So., Las Vegas, Nevada inside the Flamingo Hotel.

Of course, anyone else who lives in Vegas {either a permanent or temporary resident} is welcome to join me for dinner {No, I'm not treating.}. We can do the Happy Hour as a meet up before dinner. Who knows, maybe Jimmy Buffet will be there.

Also, I plan to go to the FlamBoyance Drag show in the Escape Lounge later that night.

I enjoyed my dinner at Margaritaville on Thursday night. I had the shrimp Jambalaya which was under $20.
Overall, it was a good experience, friendly staff, & lively atmosphere.
For the DLV Closing Dinner, I have some thoughts from this visit;
-there were no vegan options on the menu for dinner.
-I self-parked at The LinQ parking garage and walked through the main lobby into the new Promenade area. This place is located on the Las Vegas strip which has heavy foot traffic and a long walk from my car. Good walking directions and more parking options are encouraged. (The Linq has a new selfie machine worth trying near the elevator.)
-I tried to find the room that DLV will be using for Dinner and had to ask for directions. The security guard had blocked off the stairs to the entrance with a velvet rope since there was another party going on that night. So, I couldn't go view this room. For DLV 2015 we need to let our DLV guests know that this Security guard will be controlling access to our party, even though this guard wasn't friendly.
-this place has very casual attire and we plan to get dressed up for our event. This is something to be aware of and plan for.
-it was so busy that night and there are so many nooks & crannies that I did not connect up with my intended friends. A designated phone# for helping DLVrs find the room would be helpful.

I found Margaritaville noisy, crowded and overall bad. I hope the
