Cami, I'm so sorry... when I emailed you regarding the confusion about
the prix fixed vs the a la carte menus I hadn't scrolled all the way
through to the bottom of the pages. I just now am understanding the
process. We want to change our option to the $25.00 fixed price menu.

Link works for me on a PC w/Windows XP and Firefox. What is your access device (smart phone, PC, tablet, etc.) and what browser ?

When you say the link does not work, do you mean the link to the pdf
document in the message or one of the links within the document?

Are any error messages displayed? If so, what do they say?

The proofread team spent quite a bit of effort getting this one right,
so if you (or anyone) can't read it or can't follow any of the links,
please let us know exactly what does not work.
