Maybe a poll of those playing to see how many are bringing their own
clubs, or those that need rentals would help. Then the course could be
advised as to how many sets they need. I for one will bring my own clubs
as I'm driving to DLV

I talked to the golf club manager today and they have over 40 sets of clubs and we are the only group so they will have no problem getting clubs for everyone. Now they can't guarantee you will be able to hit the clubs or find the fairway, for that you are on your own.
By the way, we will be 'selling' mulligans again this year to raise money to buy fabulous golf prizes. You can learn more about that when you get to the course. So don't be late.
And remember to bring a wrapped gift for the gift drawing during lunch. Please keep it under $700.

will be sent with the Large Final Mailing this Wednesday.

Never played golf before. Is this event okay for novices or experienced golfers. Hate to get players upset because I may no be any good at it.

The outing is open to anyone of any skill level. However, the course is a tough course that may try the patience of a beginner golfer.
Please remember all golfers, no breaking clubs until after the third hole. We must be respectable out there.
