for Pinkfest 2013?

Only if you plan on doing some bus travel out in the 'burbs as opposed to the city proper.

They used to include Pace on the Visitor Pass up until a few years ago.

The only time I recall riding a Pace bus at Pinkfest was when I was staying out by O'Hare and went to Janna's former place on Fullerton.

The PACE pass gives you access to the suburban bus lines out in the
boonies. You can take the L train Green line to Oak Park, and the Metra
train to Rori's. No need for Pace buses at Pinkfest except on your own.
CTA is all you need for Pinkfest.
