2011 DLV Dates

Prefer April 25th - 30th. Second choice: May 9-14. I like the Saturday
to be the last event. Last year, I had to fend for myself Saturday, and
that got to be tough. I will probably attend regardless of the dates
chosen, but I would prefer to observe Lent. --Michelle

Second Michelle's choices, and for the same reasons. The late-April date
is probably better as it can be pretty hot early in May.

In any case, I will be there next year.

Prefer April 3 to 8... A lot of us go to NAB convention, will be April 9
to 14, can share same trip and take few days to DLV and few days to
NAB...

I prefer the earler dates such as Sunday, March 20 thru Friday, March
25. Later dates mean I will have to miss due to other commitments
already.

Hi girls

I would vote for the May dates first - being English it is great to go
somewhere hot for a week or so. Failing that, I would then go for the
earlier dates to avoid Easter, when travel costs across the Atlantic are
much higher.

April 25 to 30th.

Its after Easter Sunday (24th), and ends one week
before Mother's Day (May 8th).

A bad for those dates is that it wont start
before or at the end of the NAB conference that
ends 10 days earlier.

If one is jewish, catholic, christian, orthodox christian
or anyone person who participates in Lent, or any other
similar religious activity or services relating to Holy
Week, Easter or Passover or that time of year, it can
be very personal, individual, for some a family matter,
and can be a very private issue, not open for discussion
to talk anyone about what or why they do during that
time (fasting, meditating, purification, etc). Its between
a person and their God.

Those dates frees anyone from having to chose between
DLV and their religious worship period. (Lent, and
including most of Passover depending if one looks at the
25 or 26 for the end of Passover)

For those that Golf, hopefully the last week in April
is getting warm, but isn't too hot.
