I would be wary about following Calpernia's suggestion that you can just
book under a gender that matches your presentation but not your ID. As
of mid-August 2009 the rules clearly state that your booked gender MUST
match you government issued identification, and they say nothing about
your presentation. I've never heard of worse than an embarrassing
question or two when presentation doesn't match ID and even those
appears to be rare.
(That said, I'll be going to DLV 2010 with my shiny new driver's license
proudly proclaiming me to be firmly on the "F" side of the divide!
Needless to say I'm floating about gracefully, and can't wait to be out
at work. I'm counting down the weeks.)
