The Amazing Kale Burger

Another new place I would like to suggest for lunch during Pinkfest 2016 is the Amazing Kale Burger. Brandon is an out trans man who has been building his own small business and making it a very gender friendly place. Here is a video about it: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=V_ZaEmtA8bU

I know not everyone wants to eat delicious healthy vegan food...but the fact that going there would help a transgender small business owner is reason enough to try it...
Brandon's restaurant is in Evanston right on Howard, not far from Taste Food & Wine.

Is anyone up for trying it??

However, if Ginger can do Billy Goat's and appear to enjoy it, I can probably try Kale Burger.
