The Big List

Recommended Places in Las Vegas

(This list was last generated Jun 17, 2024)

This is a non-inclusive list of the recommended (and not-so-recommended) places to go in Las Vegas.

Big thanks go out to those who have made recent additions, updates and comments!

Updates are currently in progress but it is suggested to phone any vendor in advance to confirm status before making a special trip.

This project is a cooperative effort, and most information on this page has been supplied by members of the TG community who are customers of the firms listed.

Thanks to all who have recently submitted additions, updates, ratings and comments to this project. Your efforts help keep this listing current and accurate.

Pains have been taken to eliminate out of date and inaccurate information. Updates and additional recommendations are appreciated.

One point of clarification, to eliminate misunderstandings. This is not a list of places where members of the TG community are known to hang out. This is a list of firms that have been known to give good (or bad) service to the members of the TG community. There are no guarantees that you will encounter any members of the TG community at any of these places at any time.

This list is now automatically regenerated when an addition or change is made. Customer ratings and comments are now included. You may add additional ratings and/or comments if you desire. (Comments that imply that illegal products or services, such as drugs, prostitution, etc., are available will not be posted.)

Stoplights indicate the following:

Personal reports that this firm is TG-friendly (or at least TG-oblivious) and people have received good service.
Proceed with Caution. Good service has been reported, but other factors may exist.
It is recommended that you take your business elsewhere.

Firms having no customer/user ratings are indicated "(not currently rated)".

Firms having less than three customer ratings are indicated "Ratings Pending" in the listings below.

Ratings and comments expire after 5 years.

All firms listed have a physical storefront which is open to the public during their normal business hours.
Please be fair and honest when entering ratings and comments.

We take pride in presenting accurate and unbiased information!

To avoid any possible question of impropriety, we're asking all web visitors to please abide by the following when entering comments and ratings on our Big List:
  • If you are a proprietor or employee of any firm listed on our Big List, we ask that you please refrain from entering any ratings or comments for your firm or for any of your competitors.

  • If you consider yourself to be a close friend of any proprietor or employee of any firm on our Big List, we ask that you please refrain from entering any ratings or comments for that firm or any of its competitors.

  • If for any reason, you are using a computer system or a method of Internet access which is under the control of any merchant or vendor listed on our Big List, please do not enter ratings or comments for that firm or any of its competitors while using that system.

  • Please enter a maximum of one rating and one comment for any particular firm within any six-month period.
Ratings and comments which show evidence of being "orchestrated" will not be used.

We reserve the right to decline to accept any rating or comment for any reason.

Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
