Hi
For what they are worth my comments are:
- Its important in so much as it provides the best reference as to who was /
wasn't at a given DLV, given that it has never had everyone in it.
- Forget the setting! It become so big there isn't gong to be much
background showing unless the faces are the size of pin pricks! In any case
for a reasonable turnout the options for where will be limited.
- Needs to be in conjunction with something that will attract the masses!
Food usually does this but good sex show might work!!! :-)
Ideally we want a location where we are looking down at the group from a
reasonable height and everyone is looking up at the camera. This will
maximise the number of faces that can be seen. Front on its really only the
front and second rows that get seen really well even in moderate sized
group.
Maybe a group photo at the opening AND closing activities would be the best
way to capture everyone given the increasing size and staggered arrivals and
departures?
Hugs
Michelle
