My understanding is that the Tryst nightclub is not owned by Wynn
Resorts, and that the employees of Tryst are not employees of Wynn
Resorts. Wynn is serving as landlord to the club. I think this helps to
explain why the experiences with the nightclub, and the other venues
differed. I would not be so quick to condemn Wynn for the actions of one
of their tenants.
I'm saddened by what happened. Again I think a bad apple was bitten into
here. I did enjoy my time at Tryst at my private party last year. I was
treated very well by all of the staff I came into contact with. I
presume this includes their security people.
I know I was at a private party. At the end of the party all who were
inside were velcome to stay in the club for the rest of the night, the
club then opening to the public of course. No one came and asked me to
leave. I did not stay, however, because I had to get up early for work
the next morning.
There are places I used to be afraid to venture into. But then I decided
to go in anyway. And things turned out all right. People would say,
don't go to Circus Circus, too many kids. I went, and had a good time.
They say, don't go to North Las Vegas, the old section. I did an errand
there, and it was all right. And some wondered if the Orleans was
t-friendly. I went in, and they are indeed friendly. And I will continue
to be a regular guest of the Wynn, because they take good care of me.
I have a lot to learn about the nightclub scene in LV. I live here, so I
can try to do something. I can try to find some people who would go to
the club with me, and do it regularly, and get to know the people, and
people get educated, and find they have nothing to fear. And then doors
will open.
Or maybe the doors already are. We just have to find out the way in.
Peace, J.
