I have four large tubes of Derma Blend that are not my shade. These are
brand new. I hate for them to go to waste.

I will bring them and put them or a table or somewhere for anyone that
can use them.

I remember that a clothing exchange was mentioned last year in
connection with the pajama party, but I have not heard anything about
exchanging this year?

Is it way to late to consider something like that?

Not too late at all.

All it would take for something like this to happen is for somebody to
propose it and do the legwork to make it happen.

It could be done formally, or informally in conjunction with some activity
that's already scheduled.
