No.

I saw the video. Joan walking out on a CNN reporter got more air time than this patently absurd remark.

I figure she either wants attention (highly probable), is on drugs (possible), is getting senile (possible, she's gotta be pushing 80), or maybe throwing out some fresh red meat bait to see if some wacko types go for it and run with it.

I agree with Gina, who wrote "Please don't insult Transgender people." Joan is actually 81, but not senile, I'm sure. She is as quick as ever, right up there with Don Rickles (who is 88). The TG reference is a little unfortunate, ,but if we can't laugh at ourselves ---. I'm glad that Joan and Don are both politically incorrect

Reason I asked is the other morning when I was waking up I heard this announcer say on TV 'Michelle is transgendered' and it really got my attention. Thought they were talking about me.
