I've copied this response to the lady wearing it. Perhaps she can
give a pointer.

I know of two places in Las Vegas that handle the glitzier fashions,
those being Chez Magnifique in the Belz Mall, which is reasonably
priced, and Du Barry over on Decatur, which can be a bit spendy. Both
of these are known to be t-friendly.
There are others as well in the LV area. Many of the large casinos
will have a Marshall-Rousso, which can be very ex$pen$ive.
I'm not really sure about mail/web. Ladies? (gentlemen?)

HUH?????
That's a new one on me. I've never heard of a no sequins rule at any
t* event. Are you sure it's not more like a no sequins at breakfast
rule or something like that? :)
At DLV, sequins are fine, when and where appropriate.
