Important reminders and deadlines:

There have been a number of 11th. hour registrations come in. Most of
these so far have seen no response to the validation e-mail that was
sent out. Please get these in. This is necessary to complete your
registration.

General registration is now closed. If you want instructions on last
minute walk-in registration, please e-mail dlv@geekbabe.com

The activities coordinators are reporting that there are quite a few
Golf and High Tea prepayments that are still outstanding.

Might I remind everybody who signed up for these that checking that box
was indeed a commitment to participate and pay, and that no-show and
no-pay individuals will be very assertively pursued for payment.

If you're signed up for Golf and/or High Tea and have not yet paid,
please review the payment instructions below and get payment in
as soon as possible.

Please carefully note the deadlines for payment outlined below.

High Tea payment:

Pre-pay by paypal or money order prior to April 13th 2006. Payment must
be received by Thursday April 13. PayPal cannot be credit card or debit
card.

When you send in payment, please include either the name you used
when you registered for DLV or your DLV registration number.

Based on the reservation requirements, there will be no cancellations or
refunds after the 13th of April.

Golf payment information:

The price per player this year is $42 per person which includes greens
fees, cart, range balls and lunch discount tickets. (Note that some
mailings cite an improper different price.)

Payment to made direct to desert rose golf course, payment can be made
by phone at 702-431-4653 or fax 702-431-7910. Payment needs to be made
by 5pm PST april 12th unless arrangements are made with me. (Mindy)

When you phone, let them know it is for the Diva Las Vegas tournament
and give both male and fem 1st name. requests for pairings should be
sent to me through the diva mail system by the deadline. We have
reserved 24 spots but we can adjust up or down as the deadline
approaches. we must have a firm count in by the 13th.
