Things to come:

First of all, welcome to those who just joined the list. We look forward
to seeing you in person next April.

Although we're still almost 6 months out from DLV, plans are taking
shape and our slate of activities is beginning to materialize. On the
plate this next year will be a good mix of proven favorites and things
that are new and different.

At least two shows will happen, and, not to drop some names, some of
those being considered are George Wallace (comedy), Hairspray, and
Spamalot.

Yes, the ever-popular Limo Tour will be back again, plans are in the
works for some kind of a Night Of The Soiled Doves type of evening, and
there are plans for some special "dark side" activities.

Golf will be repeated, and we'll do a side trip to Death Valley early in
the week.

Several large and small group meals are being planned, and yes, we did
hear your concerns about a couple of our previous dining venues.

And of course, daily Happy Hour, Lunch With Or Without Ginger, and
plenty of that Quality Social Time<tm>. :)

Express re-registration for returnees will begin shortly after the
first of the year and advance registration for newcomers who are
members of this list will begin in February.

+and honored. I do not take your love and support for granted at all. I
+realize that I need to continue to strive for excellence with this
+group, cause one person claimed I was past my prime-- OUCH!!

+I will not defend my show or talents because my job is to do the very
+best I can and strive to be bettter than the year before-- hopefully I
+will have a chance to make a "comeback" to those in the audience that

Thanks, Michael, and congratulations once again! Please don't be too
concerned about a few negative comments, as the numbers (the EOTY award
this year was decided by popular vote and this year it was quite
competitive) do the talking.

We look forward to having Michael with us again for DLV 2006! :)

Suggested hotels:

In November, our Org group will be voting on our suggested hotels for DLV 2006.

Any feedback, good or bad, on our previous hotels, or suggestions for
hotels to be considered for DLV 2006 will be most welcome.

As always, as a DLV attendee you are free to stay wherever you like. We make
hotel suggestions for those who want to know where people have had enjoyable
stays, and for those who want to stay near others in the group.
