You will need to register again. Registrations do not carry over
from year to year. Registration information, in detail, will appear
in the mailings during this month.

One thing I would highly recommend for you or anyone who is in
any way unclear about anything having to do with DLV is to read
these two items:

http://www.geekbabe.com/dlv/roadmap.html

This is a step-by-step guide to what you will need to do if you
want to attend DLV.

http://www.geekbabe.com/dlv/faq/

This answers all of the frequent questions and many expected
questions about the event in some detail.

DLV is a lot of fun, and it's frequently reported that those
who attend consider it to be among their lives' most significant
events. However, there are many misunderstandings about what DLV
is, in particular, many who have not attended assume and expect
something similar to Fanfair/SCC/Be-All, etc. This is not the
case.

Another point is that once DLV gets going, it's very fast-paced,
and those who are not aware of how things work at DLV can easily
get lost in the dust. No, the world is not gonna slow down to
let somebody catch up! :)

DLV is a lot of fun, but it can be very intense, and you will
want to be up to speed, so to speak, when things begin.
