> Are poofy dresses allowed?

Yes, when and where appropriate.

For example, Welcome Celebration, yes; Night Of The
Soiled Doves, yes; Bar Crawl, yes; Limo Tour, yes,
keeping in mind that things like hoop skirts and such
will take up a lot of room in a limo.

For most daytime activities such as Lunch With Ginger,
no. Exceptions might be High Tea and SBS Social.

You people have such a habit of making mountains out of molehills. Of
the almost hundred or so people at Bahama Breeze that night, there is
only 4 or 5 complaing about this fabulous gown that the woman was
wearing. You people talk about having a Formal event and this girl made
it real. She did nothing more than wear the most extravagant gown she
had to the final event of the week.

What more fitting tome to wear it. I think the rest of you should
consider that!! At the final event, I thought that the wearing of pants
was not appropriate. I have crossdressed, probably more years than most
of you. I did it 24/7 for awhile. If you want to emulate a GG, then stop
this bickering of what they wear.

I've lived in Vegas most of my life. I've seen it all. 250lb women in
spandex or mini-skirts with bare midriffs, belly fat hanging out. That
is inappropriate! What about a woman that is 5'7" 125-135lbs. 36-28-36
wearing a mini skirt with a cami, hose and 3"heels. Nice picture,
huh....!

What do you say to yourself if you find out she's 63yo. She's a
knockout. Tell her she's not dressed age apprpriate and she'll tell you
in no uncertain terms that you should mind your own business and dress
appropriate for the way you present yourself and not what your age is.

Maybe it's time to revamp the dress code for 2011 & Las Vegas. Maybe
it's time for us to sit on the Vegas strip and see the way women of all
ages really dress. Susan, Lissa and I do this all the time. It's called
People Watching.
