Cosmetic Sugery in a 3rd World Country?

My case wasn't as bad as yours, but I nearly bled to death and had a
fever after surgery in Montreal. I had to sit there and bleed because
there was only one OR and someone was in there. I was scared half to
death, and wanted a helicopter to take me back to the US, but a
hospital here couldn't deal with it.

Also, don't go to a foreign country unless you speak the language.
Post-surgery, we were once left overnight with one nurse who spoke no
English. I was the only one who spoke any French. If a nurse didn't
speak English and a patient complained about something, they would get
handed an enema.
