Golf payment update

have selected golf at activity sign-up.)

I think that Mindy is on top of this but can offer some solace to the
golfers (like myself) who have received no information via email.

I talked with Lewis at Desert Rose and he confirms that my deposit has
held our place for 28 to 36 players, teeing off at 9AM.

The fee is $56 and does not include practice balls or food, just golf
and cart. Although Mindy may have a contact address and/or phone number,
Lewis assured me that players can pay when they arrive Thursday morning.

To facilitate on course sign up and warm up, I would recommend allowing
at least an hour to get to the course, which is just off of Sahara
(blvd?), about a half mile east of Nellis (blvd). If you are driving
from the strip area, it wouldn't hurt to leave at about 7:30 and go
straight east on Sahara until you cross Nellis (there is a Walgreen's on
the southeast corner of the intersection). Then start looking for a
small sign on your right that tells you where to turn (to the right) to
get to the Desert Rose golf course.
