in the past i have tried to arrange special rates at the boardwalk.. the
communications seems to be a bit off.. if there is enough interest i can
talk to denise again this year and see what we can do..

the usuall arrangement there is she gets you the lowest rate at the time
you book.. if rates go down you get the lower rate.. if rates go up
yours do not..
