>I think that's missing the point. Its more like..."lets all meet in the
>bar at 7:00 before we go to....." or "lets have breakfast in Cafe
>together at.....

So what I'm hearing (from you, anyway) is that the reserved floor thing
and dorm environment is not really the idea, but more like proximity for
convenience of getting together.

>A) Should there be ONE key / prime / CHOOSEN hotel as well as other

That is the question I want to see answered.

>B) Should the Sahara be that hotel. I suppose this could actually be
>"what hotel should this be..."

The Sahara has its fans and detractors, as we've observed here over the
past few days. So does the Boardwalk and so does the San Hooters. Same
can be said about any Las Vegas property or hotel anywhere.

Personally I'm a fan of the Riviera and Stardust over the Sahara, and
I've stayed at both of those at times for DLV, but for the last few
years the Sahara has just seemed like a better overall fit for DLV, not
to mention the fact that it's been consistently 25% cheaper than the
Riviera or Stardust.

>Apart from perhaps the "Lunch with Ginger" type activities I really
>didn't see it having that many activities.

I think that the Brunch/Lunch with(out) Tina/Ginger has been our most
successful effort in having some kind of a regular daytime get-together.
However, I guess Ginger is considering rotating the location of the LWG
thing this time, and I assume that much of it has to do with the obvious
slippage of the Sahara buffet.
