I can't speak for the Flamingo management, but I do know that we've had people do the pools at the Flamingo and other hotels off and on over the years and I don't remember hearing of any issues.

Pools in Las Vegas typically do not stay open into the evening.
We have a lot of evening activities planned that do not involve dancing.
Most nights we'll have informal socializing at a more quiet bar in the Paris, across the casino from the loud lounge where the dancing will take place.
On Tuesday evening there will be both the Big Lift Bar Crawl and the Social and Tour with Dr. Victoria at the Erotic Heritage Museum.
On Wednesday we'll have the Treasure Hunt which will end up at the Paris.
On Thursday there's the Limo Tour which does not involve dancing unless you want to dance in the streets downtown for a while.
Just look over the schedule and see what appeals to you.
Hope this helps!
