Opening night dinner and social @ The Bahama Breeze.

Beverly and Katie will be your hostesses for the evening. Monday night
28th March at 6 PM @ The Bahama Breeze restaurant.

6PM is Happy hour. Don't worry. Be Happy! This will be immediately
following the New Attendee Welcome and Orientation in the Gazebo end of
the room, Then dining in a very comfortable and user friendly setting
along with some terrific socializing.

Our opening event is open to all who are registered for DLV 2016
including their Partners.. (Don't forget to register your partners. it's
not too late and the are important to us too!).

The suggested dress code for the Opener is ... Evening or Cocktail Wear.
We prefer girl mode attire but if you feel intimidated a bit by the
hustle and bustle of Las Vegas and want to ease into it gently then come
in your male clothes, But we would prefer it if you did not! Male
partners are exempt form this of course.

This night is a really great opportunity to wear your finest clothes
girls! Most will be dressed this way but if you are not the dressy type
then Upbeat / casual will be fine. (Important)! Please NO Slutty wear
and definitely No face masks. Remember This is a mainstream restaurant
and DLV has a very good reputation in Las Vegas and we'd like to keep it
that way!

We have used the Bahama Breeze for several functions in the past and
always found their staff to be Friendly and sociable.. Separate checks
will be available for you if that is the way you like to dine but group
bills are equally acceptable to them. The food which is Carribean /
American dining is always nicely prepared and quite reasonably priced.

BB is only a 6 minute cab ride ($10 tops, including tip) or a short car
ride from The Flamingo so there is no need to drink and drive. For the
drivers, Bahama Breeze is East of the Strip on the corner of Paradise
and Flamingo Rd's.

At the end of the night we take our annual group photo and there will be
cameras snapping away at random throughout the evening too. Please don't
feel obligated to be in any photos if that is not your thing. It is
entirely up to you..

Don't miss the Opener. It is the start of One Terrific week.

KT + Bev.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone Monday evening at Bahama Breeze. For first timers the evening is a little different then dining the rest of the week. There is no set "dinner time". Whenever you are ready to eat you may do so. This way the servers don't have everyone sitting down at one time and overwhelming the kitchen with 100 orders coming in all at once. Some of you may wish to eat at 6:00 while other may wish to begin at 6:40, 7:11, etc. When you are ready go ahead and order. Or you can spend the whole two hours enjoying those delicious bar drinks and forget about eating. If you are eating I would suggest placing your dinner order before 7:30 to give you time to eat before 8:00.
One other note on getting there. As Katie said, BB is quite close to the strip, usually only a few minute ride. However, speaking from experience, during rush hours traffic crawls along Flamingo Road and over to Paradise and it can easily take up to 15 minutes or more. So just be warned to plan ahead.
See you Monday night!
